Terms of Use

1. About these terms

sasipixle.space ("SasiPixel Games", "we", "us") is run by Motasem Eleisah, an individual based in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. These terms apply when you use the site and its games, and when you create and use a player account. By using the site you agree to them; if you don't agree, please don't use it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. You can contact us at contact@sasipixle.space.

2. Who can use the site

Anyone may play the games without an account.

To create a player account you must be at least 16 years old. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you also need permission from a parent or guardian, who should read these terms with you. You may have one account. If we learn that an account holder is under 16, we will delete the account.

3. Your account and Google sign-in

You sign in with your Google account. Keep it secure: anyone who can use your Google account can use your SasiPixel account. We never see your Google password. Tell us at contact@sasipixle.space if you think someone else has used your account. You choose a display name; it must not impersonate anyone or be offensive, and we may change a name that breaks this rule.

4. Using the site

You may play the games for free, for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't:

  • disrupt the site or try to get around its security, including the protected frame the games run in;
  • copy, re-host, frame or embed our games on other sites without our written permission;
  • use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access the site in a way that strains it;
  • cheat, or use bots, scripts or modified game files to earn coins, achievements or rewards;
  • exploit bugs to gain coins or rewards; please report them to us instead;
  • create more than one account, or use someone else's account;
  • break the law, or use the site to harm anyone.

5. Games and content

The games, artwork, text and branding on this site belong to SasiPixel Games or to the developers who licensed them to us. Each game page names its developer and the licence it is published under. Using the site doesn't give you any ownership of, or licence to reuse, that content beyond playing it here.

6. Your game progress

Games save progress, such as best scores, in your browser. Clearing your browser data or using another device or browser can lose that progress. If you are signed in, progress is also saved to your account and restored when you sign in elsewhere. We look after saved progress carefully, but we can't guarantee it will never be lost.

7. Coins, achievements and rewards

  • Coins are virtual points. They have no cash value. They can't be bought, sold, transferred to another player, or exchanged for money, goods or anything outside the site.
  • Earning. You earn coins in the ways shown on your account page, such as a daily visit bonus and time spent playing while signed in. Earning has daily limits, shown on your account page. Coins are counted by our server, not by your device.
  • Rewards are virtual items, such as titles, badges and profile frames, that you can use on this site. Redeeming one spends coins. Rewards have no value outside the site and can't be exchanged or refunded for money.
  • Changes. We may change how coins are earned, what rewards cost, and which rewards and achievements are available. Changes apply from when they appear on the site; coins and rewards you already have stay yours.
  • Mistakes and misuse. If coins or rewards are added by mistake, through a bug, or by breaking these terms, we may correct your balance or remove those items, and we will tell you why.

8. Suspending or closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by cheating, using bots, exploiting bugs, using several accounts or harming others, or where the law requires it. When we suspend or close an account, we email the account's address with the reason. In urgent cases, such as fraud, a security risk or a legal requirement, we may act first and tell you right after. A suspended account can't sign in or earn or spend coins.

If you think we made a mistake, reply to that email or write to contact@sasipixle.space and we will review it and tell you the outcome. You can delete your account yourself at any time on your account page. When an account is deleted or closed, its coins, rewards, achievements and saved progress are deleted with it and can't be restored; because they have no cash value, there is no refund or compensation for them.

9. Changes to the site

We provide the site and games as they are, for free. We may add, change, pause or remove games and features at any time. If we plan to shut down the site or player accounts, we will announce it on the site in advance where we reasonably can.

10. Other services and advertising

The site links to other services, such as Google Play, which have their own terms. No ads run on the site today. If ads appear in the future, the advertisers are responsible for their ads and for the sites they link to.

11. Liability

We work to keep the site safe and working, but because it is free we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losing progress, coins or rewards, arising from your use of the site.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited or excluded, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing affects rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived by agreement.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. If you live outside Jordan as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there where those laws allow it. If you have a problem, please write to contact@sasipixle.space first; most things can be sorted out quickly.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We change the version and date at the top of this page when we do. If a change matters for players, we will show it on the account page and ask signed-in players to accept the new version before they keep using their account. If you don't agree with a change, you can stop using the site and delete your account.
